Not when<\/strong> someone lived \u2014
but how<\/strong> they lived.
Who they became.
What they fought for.
What they survived.
And how their soul evolved across the chapters of their one and only life.<\/p>\n

Maybe that\u2019s why I\u2019m so drawn to shows like The Big C<\/em> \u2014
stories that don\u2019t shy away from the existential truth that life is fragile, unpredictable, messy, beautiful, and deeply meaningful if we\u2019re brave enough to live it fully.<\/p>\n

Some people move through the world with humour as a luxury<\/strong> \u2014
light, unburdened, uncomplicated.
They never have to think about trauma conditioning, emotional projections, nervous system survival,
or the invisible obstacles that shape every decision someone like me makes.<\/p>\n

But for those of us who\u2019ve had to rebuild ourselves from the inside out?<\/p>\n

Life isn\u2019t autopilot.
It\u2019s agency<\/strong>.
It\u2019s awakening<\/strong>.
It\u2019s choosing ourselves<\/strong>, even when the world taught us not to.
It\u2019s learning to breathe again after years of holding our breath.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s what interests me \u2014
not the surface of a life,
but the evolution of a soul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2728 What someone did with their pain.
\u2728 What they made possible with their courage.
\u2728 How they broke free from their conditioning.
\u2728 And how they turned their lived experience into something that mattered.<\/p>\n

I live, breathe, and work at the intersection of
existential reflection, trauma, agency, and becoming<\/strong> \u2014
the place where humans step out of the roles they were assigned
and finally step into who they really are.<\/p>\n

This is where I do my work.
This is where I guide others.
And this is where I continue becoming,
